What's Involved in KYB?
Six Live Modules
Weekly sessions via Zoom exploring the major themes and concepts of the program. Opportunities to share and connect with others.
Daily Practices
Recorded daily guided practice + reflections related to the content of the week's module to help you apply, integrate and embody what you learned.
Live Coaching
Weekly live group coaching session where Cassidy will spend time speaking 1-on-1 with participants, helping to bring the healing and transformation even deeper.
